(and www.abebooks.com for outside the UK.) I have found that using abebooks in advanced search mode can come up with more titles than usedbooksearch, useful though that site is. Searching for variations of “Rev William Haslam” “Haslam William” and so on, or even using just a keyword and no author, can sometimes produce more results than adding the title, since not all booksellers use a correct author’s name or book title.
